Rescheduling and Cancellations

I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to adjust your appointment. To respect both your time and mine, I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.

 

How It Works

  • With 24+ hours notice: You can reschedule or cancel your session without any charge. Simply contact me and we'll find a new time that works for you. You can also log-in to your MassageBook account by clicking on the “Reschedule or Cancel” button in your appointment confirmation email.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: The full session fee will be charged. This helps honor the time that was held specifically for you and cannot be offered to another client on short notice.

  • No-shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full session fee will apply.

Emergencies

  • I recognize that true emergencies happen—serious illness, family crises, or other unexpected circumstances beyond your control. If you're experiencing a genuine emergency, please reach out. I'm happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Payment for Late Cancellations

  • If you've paid upfront when booking, the fee has already been processed

  • If you pay at the time of service, you'll receive an invoice for the cancellation fee

When I Need to Cancel

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I'll give you as much notice as possible and offer you priority rescheduling. If I cancel with less than 24 hours notice (except in emergencies), your next session will be complimentary or you'll receive a full credit.
