
Rescheduling and Cancellations
I understand that life happens and sometimes you need to adjust your appointment. To respect both your time and mine, I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
How It Works

With 24+ hours notice: You can reschedule or cancel your session without any charge. Simply contact me and we'll find a new time that works for you. You can also log-in to your MassageBook account by clicking on the “Reschedule or Cancel” button in your appointment confirmation email.

Less than 24 hours notice: The full session fee will be charged. This helps honor the time that was held specifically for you and cannot be offered to another client on short notice.

No-shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full session fee will apply.

Emergencies

I recognize that true emergencies happen—serious illness, family crises, or other unexpected circumstances beyond your control. If you're experiencing a genuine emergency, please reach out. I'm happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Payment for Late Cancellations

If you've paid upfront when booking, the fee has already been processed

If you pay at the time of service, you'll receive an invoice for the cancellation fee

When I Need to Cancel

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I'll give you as much notice as possible and offer you priority rescheduling. If I cancel with less than 24 hours notice (except in emergencies), your next session will be complimentary or you'll receive a full credit.
